**Job Description**
This role supports precast concrete production by preparing formwork, placing reinforcement and embeds, assisting with concrete placement and finishing, and safely handling materials and panels in a controlled plant environment. You will work as part of a production team to deliver high-quality precast products while following strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare formwork by cleaning and oiling forms, placing blockouts and inserts, and setting hardware according to drawings and build sheets.
+ Cut, place, and tie rebar and mesh reinforcement, ensuring correct spacing and placement to specifications.
+ Position lifting anchors, connection hardware, and other embedded items accurately to meet design and quality requirements.
