We are seeking a Senior Luxury Construction Project Manager in Geneva to join a dynamic international team at a highly regarded general construction and real estate group in Geneva. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the full design and execution process for luxury construction projects, ensuring the client’s specifications are met with precision and excellence.

Prepare detailed CEA (Cost, Estimates, and Analysis) submission documents from architectural and designer inputs, including quantified cost breakdowns and estimates.

Drive technical and architectural integration, including clash resolution and alignment of BIM, thermal, acoustic, and fire safety requirements.

Manage contractor consultations, selection, tendering, and subcontractor contracts.

Oversee planning and track design study timelines, implementing action plans as needed.
