Summary This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, San Juan Regional Office (RO), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Operations Center, which is a remote Veterans Service Center. Due to high volume of applicants, the first 75 applicants will receive first consideration. Additional applicants, beyond the first 75, may be considered, upon management 's request. Due to high volume of applicants, not all applicants will be considered. Responsibilities Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Review all Congressional, White House, Secretary, Office of the Director, Veterans Service Center, and other special inquires received by letter, fax, email, and/or telephone. Respond to all inquiries by telephone or in writing on behalf of the Director of the Regional Office. Research and analyze inquires to determine the correct course of action and priority.
