Job De ion:- Lead the implementation of CONQUAS standards and guidelines on construction projects.
- Develop and implement project‑specific quality plans aligned with BCA CONQUAS requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure CONQUAS compliance throughout all phases of construction.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to assess workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify areas of non‑compliance or poor workmanship and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and track rectification works and follow‑up on closures.
- Prepare and coordinate all documentation, mock‑ups, and quality checks required for CONQUAS assessments.
