Role Overview As Senior Legal Counsel, you will act as the main and key legal (excluding HR and tax related matters) advisor to Rheinmetall Canada, ensuring compliance with Canadian laws and corporate governance requirements while supporting a wide range of commercial, contractual, and operational activities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in Canada and abroad, act as the primary liaison with the Division General Counsel located in Germany, and assist translate global policies into the Canadian regulatory context.
