What is your role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Consolidation to manage and coordinate key functions related to pre-alerts, documentation, invoicing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination.
Job responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with the international team for pre-alert follow-ups.
2.Share pre-alerts with customers and CHA (Customs House Agent) in a timely manner.
