Constrcution manager (DEWA Approved )

Role Overview:
Lead and manage all civil construction activities for HV/EHV substation projects (e.g., 132kV / 220kV / 400kV), ensuring execution in line with project specifications, timelines, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end civil works including foundations, control building, cable trenches, equipment plinths, and road works.
• Review IFC drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with DEWA/SEWA/ADDC standards.
• Plan, monitor, and control site execution as per baseline and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and MEP teams for seamless project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance, inspections, and documentation as per project requirements.
