General Information/Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager with planning, organization, and processes to meet the Company’s cost, schedule, quality control, equipment and material resource usage, and safety objectives.
Responsibilities/Competencies
Understanding of project proposal and contract documents.
Assist the PM with coordination of construction activities with the owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
Assist the PM with tracking of resources and subcontractors.
Promote and enforce safety as a priority as part of the Company’s management philosophy.
Assist the project team as needed in all aspects including purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction administrative functions as they relate to the project.
