College/CEGEP Experience

1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Prepare pre‑qualification submissions to present clients Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Operate CADD and other computer software systems Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Credentials
