Construction Health and Safety Manager

To support our growing activity in Greece, We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Construction Health and Safety Manager to join our team.

In relation with the HSE manager group and the Greece Operations Manager;

your main responsibilities will be:

• Align the local health and safety strategywith the HSE group strategy,
• Launch, promote and sustain a safety culture across all stakeholders
• Ensure the interface between clients, local authorities and subcontractors,
• Audit construction sitesand provide advice on the execution of work according toHealth & Safety best practice standards,
• Provide solutions
• Ensure the reporting (Logbook, Key Performance Indicators, Activity Report, Action Plan, etc.),
• Lead investigations andanalyses of accidents/incidents and conduct risk assessments,
• Infuse apositive health and safety culturewithin the organization through effective communication.
