Construction HR Manager - Recruitment & Compliance

A construction company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions. The successful candidate will develop HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support management and employees. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
