Accomplish tasks in a safe and productive manner, providing a positive construction experience for our patrons.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Practice proper construction methods with on the job training.

Ability to properly use hand and power tools, climb ladders, and measure and square projects without direct supervision in the construction of commercial or farm buildings and/or grain systems.

Able to use necessary equipment to complete projects:

Complete jobs in a timely, safe manner.

Perform necessary maintenance on trucks and equipment.

Keep clean and safe job sites.
