Our client is a leading full-service law firm headquartered in Mississauga with multiple additional offices across the region. They are currently looking to add an entrepreneurial Lawyer with 3+ years experience in Construction Law. The position will involve exposure to the legal, contractual, regulatory, and transactional issues and procedures related to construction, infrastructure, and engineering with an opportunity to focus on and develop expertise in one or more specific practice areas.
Your new role
In this new role you will be required to handle many files through the litigation process both independently and as a member of an experienced team. The successful candidate will have carriage of his/her own files and will also work with senior counsel on more complex matters.
