Major Functions The County of Volusia is seeking a Construction Manager in our Facility Management division, in Daytona Beach, Florida. This is a highly responsible administrative staff position coordinating and participating in special projects, research, and assignments. This position will manage all maintenance related projects, from beginning to end, using given timeframe and resources. Responsible for assigned projects scope of work, schedule, and budget. The candidate will identify and prioritize the renewal and replacement schedule to optimize equipment lifecycles. Since this position requires coordination with internal and external clients to ensure well-coordinated projects, customer service is a MUST.
