Construction Manager - Finland - 12 Month Contract
Our client is a leading independent Design & Engineering Consultancy, delivering major projects in data centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, infrastructure and other industrial sectors. They are looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in Finland.
What You’ll Do
- Full accountability for Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality, and Procurement Management across data centre construction projects.
- Lead the construction management team throughout the execution phase of hyperscale / colocation data centre developments, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Chair and coordinate technical and interface meetings with design, engineering, and contractor teams, ensuring seamless delivery across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP systems.
