Synopsis
The TDIP Construction Manager shall report to their assigned project’s respective project manager
and is responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities of the Construction
Contractor (Design/Builder and/or Construction Manager at Risk). The TDIP Construction Manager
acts as the liaison for pre-construction and construction activities, including leading the safety,
security and quality for the assigned programs. The Terminal Development and Improvement
Program (TDIP) is a major capital program focused on delivering distinct projects focused on
modernizing LAX’s passenger terminals to improve customer experience, operational efficiency,
safety, and connectivity across the airport.
