Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall MEP site operations particularly HVAC works.
- Plan and supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems and controls.
- Oversee daily site activities, manpower allocation, productivity and material management.
- Ensure proper site mobilization, logistics planning and equipment deployment.
- Coordinate with civil, structural and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
- Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks and maintain safe working conditions.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, shop drawings and material submittals.
- Monitor project schedule and ensure milestones are achieved as per approved program.
