Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and supervision of construction work activities in accordance with the project timeline.
- Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your leadership.
- Work closely with clients, inter‑departments, sub‑contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Oversee all construction work activities and ensure that the quality and quantity of work meet the project requirements.
- Plan, coordinate and schedule on‑site work, selection of construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement usage, etc.
- Highlight any technical discrepancies and resolve any technical issues with the electrical / design teams.
- Ensure all work activities are in compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and practices.
- Attend site meetings with project clients, sub‑contractors, and vendors and provide updates on the site's progress.
