Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Development
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $150K–$200K DOE
A growing real estate development firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead projects end-to-end while managing all moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from feasibility and pre-construction through final delivery
- Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and bidding processes
- Monitor timelines and costs, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
- Work closely with ownership, providing regular updates and reporting
