Primary Responsibilities
Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, and IT infrastructure vendors.
Project Oversight: Own the end-to-end timeline, track budgets, manage milestones, and assess technical risks.
Internal Alignment: Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance for contract negotiations and stakeholder approvals.
