Construction Project Manager - Building Services (TRAVEL REQUIRED)

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in preconstruction and project start-up activities. Coordinate and maintain regular communication on project tasks and schedules with the project manager, owner, and subcontractors. Manage onsite employees and coordinate tasks with foreman/leads. Complete daily inspections and job site safety analysis. Review job cost with the project manager, and accurately track labor, materials, and equipment charges. Receiving incoming materials, verifying and tracking inventory, and resolving associated issues. Complete job site paperwork, timecards, daily reports, and equipment tracking.
