Job Description – Construction Project Manager

• To be responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects
• To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team
• To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
• To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel
