Construction Project Manager

Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead renovation, maintenance, and capital improvement projects throughout the Chicago area and Wisconsin.

This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning and scoping through completion while maintaining a strong presence in the field.

The ideal candidate is a builder and problem solver who is equally comfortable coordinating teams, managing timelines, ordering materials, and stepping in to help complete work when needed.

This is not a desk-only project management role.

Some days may involve swinging a hammer, assembling materials, troubleshooting field conditions, or completing punch-list items.

Other days may focus on coordinating contractors, managing schedules, sourcing materials, and ensuring projects stay on track.
