Notable construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager from the construction industry to support subcontractor prequalification, risk evaluation, and mitigation efforts on a project-by-project basis. This role partners closely with Preconstruction and Operations teams to assess bid packages, evaluate subcontractor risk, and recommend mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Partner with Preconstruction and Operations teams to evaluate subcontractors and bid packages and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
