**The CS Coordinator has the responsibility for managing Safety, Health & Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence at project site level. She/He works with CS Manager and Project Management team to develop the local Project Specific Safety Plan and improvement plans to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries, illnesses, and environmental impact as measured in the core KPIs.
