Job Scope:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landed residential construction projects , including detached, semi-detached, and terrace houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for landed residential projects.
