Job Description
The Construction Solicitor position will involve the following tasks:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, fully familiar with the NEC suite of contracts, and procurement contracts
Ability to manage planning permissions, building approvals, and other regulatory licences.
Experience with real estate due diligence and documentation.
Strong capability in contract claims management and cross jurisdiction dispute handling.
Advisory on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and project related legal risks....
