Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of experience running and managing construction projects that involve multiple disciplines and trades, including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and exterior scopes.
+ Proven experience managing construction projects valued between $10 million and $20 million.
+ Demonstrated experience with construction projects in commercial, education (including K–12), and healthcare environments.
+ Procore or BlueBeam experience
+ Proficiency in subcontractor management, including coordination, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Project management experience beyond field supervision is a plus.
+ Estimating experience is a plus and can support preconstruction and budgeting efforts.
