Job Description
Essel is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily on-site construction operations and coordinate subcontractors.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
