Key Responsibilities and Duties
Site Supervision:
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety standards. Team Management:
Scheduling, supervising, and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors. Safety Enforcement:
Conducting site safety inspections, mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Project Scheduling & Budgeting:
Monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines are met and materials/equipment are available as needed. Quality Control:
