Consultant Anaesthetist

Overview

Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital is searching for consultant anaesthetists to join a cohesive, friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Join a department of around 30 anaesthetic SMOs and 11 anaesthesia trainees.
• Enhance the Anaesthetic Department according to training and experience.
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours service and support junior staff and interdisciplinary team education.

Qualifications

• Possess either FANZCA or an equivalent qualification that leads to specialist registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).
• Have an ongoing commitment to providing a top‑quality service to our community.
