Role Overview

As a member of the Insights & Analytics team, the Consumer Insights Analyst enables data-driven decision making by managing consumer research programs, producing business performance scorecards, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and project management of ongoing consumer tracking studies, ensuring timelines, supplier coordination, and quality control.
• Design surveys and conduct survey design; develop SPSS syntax for ad hoc analyses, including statistical testing and data manipulation to support custom reporting and insights.
