Responsibilities

• Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
• Advice and sales skills in car rentals.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English and Spanish (a second language will be a plus: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
• Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
