Container Load Out Coordinator

Silver Fern Farms Takapau is recruiting a Container Load Out Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the process of loading containers for shipment. The successful applicant will be working closely with warehousing, logistics and transport providers to ensure timely and accurate container loadouts. Hours of work are 5.30am to 3pm, 9 hours a day.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure co-ordination of cartoned product in store against shipping contracts and consolidation requirements
• Understand internal and external food safety and quality requirements, and how these apply to your team
• Ensure shipping instruction requirements are met by well-planned and controlled loading of product in containers
• Contribute to further development of team culture and goals

Champion continuous improvement and encourage team members to find new ideas to improve work practices.
