About The Role

We are seeking a marketer to own the Content & Brand Strategy for Factorial’s German Market, both strategic and hands‑on.

During the first months, you’ll focus on building up a strategy that includes content creation and distribution on multiple channels and executing it with your team (you’ll lead a team of 3 people) while building a solid understanding of our audience and their needs. Your responsibilities will grow quickly as you take ownership of the long‑term German content strategy and drive measurable impact across traffic, reach, engagement, and lead generation.

You’ll need to balance big‑picture thinking with day‑to‑day execution, from strategic planning and creating content to analyzing performance and iterating on campaigns.
