Responsibilities

• Create engaging posts in Taglish (Tagalog + English)
• Write FAQs, beginner guides, promotions, and user “winning stories”
• Adapt content to Filipino culture, humor, and trends
• Manage Telegram and Facebook groups
• Initiate conversations and drive daily engagement
• Respond to user inquiries promptly
• Build a fun, active, and loyal community
• Plan and execute campaigns (polls, giveaways, etc.)
• Encourage user-generated content (UGC)
• Identify and nurture active/VIP users
• Maintain a weekly content calendar
• Analyze performance and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of local internet culture & trends
• Creative, engaging, and with a good sense of humor
