What You Will Do in WeTV
- Have a firm understanding of the nuances of mass Indonesian audiences and the type of content that resonates with these audiences.
- Scout and spot unique story ideas, and have strong relationships with local studios and producers.
- Guide producers to achieve WeTV brief for strong and producible proposals.
- Evaluate stories, characters, and plots in proposals provided by studios.
- Conduct presentations and storytelling for internal greenlight pitches.
- Run an effective and efficient writers’ room during the pre-production stage and ensure the quality of the story is of the highest standards.
- Run script reading sessions with production and cast members
- Give high-quality, constructive, crucial notes to influence stories to achieve the best quality scripts.
