About the role
As the Content & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and delivering high impact content and targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives that enhance member lifetime value and retention across the nib NZ customer base. This role drives upsell, cross sell, value reinforcement and churn prevention communications across the end‑to‑end customer journey. By building and refining lifecycle models and targeted interventions, the role aims to reduce lapse, improve advocacy and value perception, and grow customer share of wallet.
About you
You bring experience across lifecycle, CRM, retention or content marketing roles, ideally within financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments, with a strong understanding of compliance and customer engagement.
