Job Description

Our client is a global business services firm that transforms the customer experience and streamlines front and back office and industry-specific processes to provide the highest value from every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
  • Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform.
  • Performing audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.

    • Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or lower (high school, high vocational).
  • Good command of Burmese or Khmer skills.
  • Fair command of English skills.
  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Able to work in shifts including night hours.

    • Working Hours: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (24-hour rotation shifts).
