About the Role
You'll drive content operations for the Baby Billion App — owning the Hindi-language content pipeline from ideation to in-app experience. You'll work at the intersection of content, product, and data to figure out what keeps kids (and parents) coming back
What you'll do
Ideate and develop content formats built for the app — Interactive, structured, and age-appropriate for 2–8 year olds
Run content experiments focused on retention — Track what drives kids to return on Day 1, Day 7, and beyond.
Analyze in-app content performance (completion rates, re-watches, drop-offs) and turn insights into the next brief.
