Content Producer

Position: Content Producer
Location: Mohali

Job Responsibilities:

 Lead projects from ideation and planning to execution and final output.
 Coordinate with camera, creative, and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery.
 Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, logistics, and production requirements.
 Ensure script-to-screen alignment, creative quality, and adherence to Manthan’s content standards.
 Contribute to ideation and long-term content planning for Manthan – Mohali Campus.

Required:

 2–4 years of experience as an anchor, writer, producer, or in a similar media role.
 Strong command over English and Hindi (written and spoken).
 Confident on-camera personality with effective presentation skills.
 Solid understanding of content formats across social media, branding, corporate films, and interviews.
 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
