Role Overview

The Program Manager Content Operations plays a critical role in enabling enterprise-wide content and marketing operations for U.S. business teams across Thought Leadership, Events & Executive Engagement, Digital/Social, and Direct Marketing channels. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the end-to-end content lifecycle , ensuring seamless coordination between Content, Creative, Campaign, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams .

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing PMO, Content Operations, Content Strategy, and Stakeholder Management .
