The Role
You'll work alongside supportive Private Client and Dispute Resolution teams handling a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including:

• Challenges to wills (validity, undue influence, testamentary capacity).
• Inheritance Act claims for family and dependants.
• Executor and trustee disputes.
• Estate administration and interpretation issues.
• Court of Protection disputes (where applicable)

About You

• A Solicitor or CILEx with solid experience (3+ years) in contentious probate.
