Job summary:

Plans and directs major projects of a complex nature for continues improvement. Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles, Statistics, Quality Tools and best practices in broad areas of assignments. Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of the work in a part of a major project or in a total project. 
Essential duties:
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis requires evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, statistics, Quality Tools and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results.

Drive Kinshitsu projects to improve Quality offenders such as complaint reduction, process improvements.

Provides significant input into technical strategy, acting as a broader support to other areas.
