Position Overview

The Continuous Improvement and Lean Manager leads BWXT Medical’s Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean transformation strategy, ensuring operational excellence through structured problem‑solving, lean system deployment, and coaching. The Manager oversees the BWXT Medical Operational Excellence program and drives impactful improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen operational performance across all departments.

Your Day to Day as a Continuous Improvement and Lean Manager

• Works with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable improvements aligned with company objectives.
• Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for CI & Lean within BWXT Medical.
• Manage, coach, and develop CI & Lean Specialists, ensuring strong technical capability and effective project execution.
