Continuous Improvement Director (Operational Excellence)

The LEGO Continuous Improvement Director is part of the site’s Leadership Team accountable for the success of Americas Manufacturing. The position is responsible for setting the Vision, in terms of Continuous Improvement, for the site according to the global strategy and for leading all aspects of the local LCI team.

• Lead the implementation process of the site’s strategy to synchronize global Ops direction in local activation plans.
• Define and implement a 3‑ to 5‑year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on‑site operational strategies.
• Boost P&L impact by discussing and improving operational efficiency.
