Continuous Improvement Engineer

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects, and the training, coaching and mentoring of continuous improvement sources for Plant 65 in Andalusia, AL. This position is also responsible for deploying corporate continuous improvement initiatives within Plant 65. The CI Engineer will report directly to the Extrusion Plant Manager with dotted‑line reporting to the Residential Premium Divisional Continuous Improvement Leader.
