Continuous improvement engineer (Tijuana)

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer. The role focuses on executing operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment using Lean & Six Sigma, project management methodologies, and Pro Launch principles to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (Productivity), and Inventory.

• Utilize the Eaton Lean Six Sigma system to improve overall facility performance.
• Develop and implement new or revised manufacturing methods to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste.
• Lead, facilitate, and execute projects using Lean & Six Sigma principles to deliver measurable results.
