Continuous Improvement Lead

The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for managing project prioritization and project deployment for the plant as well as managing and tracking all project activity to ensure the plant achieves financial goals. It is also the role of the Continuous Improvement Domain Lead to ensure that all tools and methodologies are deployed and applied correctly for all Domains and centers in the plant. Additional responsibilities include: Managing project activities to insure prioritized attack on plants top financial losses; deploying proper methodology to all levels of the organization; managing all plant Kaizen activities; leading and managing the Continuous Improvement Team to ensure proper deployment of methodology plant wide; leading Shop Floor Management (SFM) methodology at all levels of the plant; providing coaching on Kaizen methodology to all levels of the organization; ensuring that all Domains are deploying proper methodology according to Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) ...
