The Continuous Improvement Manager will take responsibility for managing the following:
Actively coordinating the engagement of the factory staff in the BLACK Blet/MBU/LEAN/TPM process.Assisting and coaching the factory team to manage & improve the manufacturing performance according to the methodology recommended.Supporting the site leadership in improvement project idea generation, project chartering, action planning, and implementation.Leading problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.Being responsible for driving Lean, Quality management, and Manufacturing Continuous Improvements - both in operations support and with manufacturing technology development.Translating the methodology into easily understood terms, which the factory staff members may understand & become confident in expla...
